Regulations

This internal regulation aims to protect not only the Vigna di Valle campsite, but the well-being and interest of all our guests, which are priority for us. This is information and / or simple rules of law, but above all common sense and good behavior, for mutual respect and civil coexistence: we are sure that you will share and apply them willingly. Thank you all for your cooperation.

1. The Messrs campers, on their arrival must give their registration documents and declare the number of presences.

2. Children and young people must be diligently supervised by their parents or their guardians. Any accident that may occur to them or may cause them will be the sole responsibility of the parents themselves. It is forbidden to play in the camping during the day and at night hide and seek.
Minors under 18 must be accompanied and accommodated with parents or other persons legally responsible. Adults respond to the behavior of minors, who must be accompanied and always supervised at the toilets, on the beach and at the playground;

3. The driveway gate of the campground will remain open from 7.30 am to 2.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to 11.00 pm. During the closing hours the campers can use the pedestrian gate which will be left open. The management will be open from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to 9.00 pm.
Night silence: 23.00-07.30. In the hours of silence you can not move with cars, motorbikes and campers; noises that can disturb the quiet of the guests are forbidden. During the night silence the access gate of the camping is closed, while pedestrian access is possible;

4. Every camper is required to keep his property, the Management will not be responsible for any loss or removal.

5. Anyone who finds any object on the campsite is obliged to hand it over to the Management, who will return it to the owner. Each guest is required to keep the objects he owns; the Management declines all responsibility for losses, loss or damage caused by force majeure or bad weather;

6. the waste must be deposited in the appropriate containers made available at the entrance of the campsite and comply with the separate collection. It is forbidden to throw waste into the receptacles located in the service area, which are used only to collect dish-washing waste;

7. The Messrs campers will have to leave the toilets clean. To wash dishes, dishes and linens, the special sinks must be used;

8. Radio and television equipment will be tolerated only if installed in the space reserved for each crew, so as not to disturb the neighbors;

9. The Messrs visitors, guests of the campers, are admitted to the campsite upon delivery of documents in direction and paid the entrance ticket. They must comply with these regulations and are required to park their car outside the campsite. Their presence is allowed from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm; Guests arriving between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm will not be allowed if the management has not been informed. The Management also reserves the right to refuse the entry of guests or vehicles at any time for reasons of outdated hospitality.N.B .: guests can not park their car in place of the subscriber’s;

10. The electrical connections must be authorized by the Direction, the camper must be equipped with an electric cable without junction and according to EEC standards. Electricity will only be supplied to the camper when he is present in campsites from April 1st to September 30th;

11. The camping will be allowed boats, dinghies only with the permission of the management and payment of the relevant subscription but not excessive dimensions such as surfing and canoes, which will be tolerated as long as parked in the pitch of the owner and declining the management from any responsibility, moreover it is forbidden to repair or paint boats, motorboats, cars or motorcycles.
12. Animals are allowed, except in mobile homes, subject to agreement with the Management, in compliance with the law. Dogs must always be kept on a leash and muzzled inside their own pitch and accompanied for their needs outside the campsite. It is forbidden to take dogs to walk in the parking lot.

13. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN:
to. damage trees and camping equipment;
b. to wash cars or caravans;
c. light fires (only small charcoal stoves are allowed;
d. the fitting of curtains or additional equipment, in addition to the normal tent, or awning tent supplied with the caravan, is except for a single kitchenette and a single gazebo, which must have only the roof covering; the walls of the same can be mounted only in presence of wind or rain;
is. cause noises that disturb the quiet of the campsite;
f. during the hours of rest (from 14.00 to 16.00 and from 23.00 to 7.30) wash dishes, dishes and linen, make use of high-volume radio-TV, allow any play to children, use the playground, assemble and disassemble tents, verandas or equipment and make transfers of cars or motorcycles, and caravans and circulate in the campsite with bicycles (for the latter it is forbidden to circulate after sunset);
g. play football inside the campsite; use electric cars / motorcycles;
h. make furrows in the pitches;
the. use water for improper games and uses;
j. install canopy, awnings and palisades and fences of any kind; only a few vases with flowers are allowed;
k. spread linen between one pitch and another; the linen can be spread out to dry only by laying wires behind the owner’s caravan or on clothes racks always inside the pitch;
the. use the services while the staff cleans;
m. park the car and / or motorbike in the free pitches;

14. During the absence of the camper, or during the winter period, the Direction will not be liable for damages to caravans, or theft or damage to awnings or kitchenettes left installed.

15. The Management is liable for civil damages to third parties to persons or property within the limits of the insurance policy; responsibilities for damage caused by force majeure such as floods, storms, and any other damage caused by the elements’ fury both on land and in the air, riots, riots and vandalism are excluded.

16. It is up to the Direction to remove or forbid the entry into the campsite to the defaulting campers who do not comply with the payments, or who do not comply with the regulations and proceed with the removal of the tent or caravan, making the pitch free, without further notice;

17. All communications, observations or complaints must be addressed to the Management that will take the necessary measures, any complaint does not suspend payments. Communications, notices and any changes to this regulation will be brought to the attention of the public by means of posting to the Management.

18. In no case are acts of violence against persons or property on the campsite tolerated; In case someone provokes disturbances will be removed without further notice. The management reserves the right to suspend the subscription at any time of the year upon return of the remaining subscription amount and / or change / supplement rules of good conduct if necessary.
